. . . and along came Gidget.

We are head over heels in love with with this girl.

Gidget is a delightful girl with a gorgeous head and a beautiful correct coat.

Gidget made her show debut in a big way at the Western Regional and Mile-Hi Golden Retriever Specialties in Greeley, Colorado winning Best (4-6 month) Puppy under esteemed breeder judges Nancy Talbot and Michael Faulkner.

At just six months Gidget surprised us by getting her first championship points in Canada winning Best of Winners and Best Puppy. She then went on to receive a Group 4 in the Puppy Sporting Group.

At 18 months Gidget showed at the Prescott, Arizona shows for her first AKC points, including a major, and (drum roll) a Best in Breed win! Less than a month later she was awarded a second major at Del Valle and quickly earned her American Championship. She is currently well on her way to her Grand Championship.

She is such a ray of sunshine exhibiting a curious nature and  an infectious enthusiasm for everything and everyone she meets.
